It is unwise for VS factory to use their Dandong 3235 movement in the replicas of Rolex Oyster Perpetual because genuine watches use 3230 movement, if you open the case back, you will see golden “3235” engraving on the movement plate, this is not good, some customers concern this. In the competition with Clean, VS did not use their Dandong 3235 movement properly, all Oyster Perpetual models they published are equipped with 3235 movement, I won’t buy. Besides, in the finish of case, bracelet and dial details, VS does not have advantages over Clean, so for this Oyster Perpetual Rolex with celebration turquoise dial, I will consider Clean as the second option.

VS factory continues to publish new models, today, we welcome two new Omega replica watches from VS factory, one is a Seamaster 300 75th anniversary summer blue, the other looks very similar to the Seamaster Spectre edition Omega published years ago. In the development process, Clean updated all their Submariner with the second generation of Shanghai 3135 movement, from that time, in the sales of Submariner, they decided not to use name “ZZF” any more, but use name “Clean” directly. The intense competition between Clean and VS started. During their competition, there was an interesting thing happend, VS found the factory that always supplied ceramic bezel for Clean. Later, VS developed Dandong 3235 movement and firstly equipped in the 42mm YachtMaster, and then equipped it in their 41mm new Submariner and Datejust. After seeing the fast development of VS, Clean took an action and developed a Shanghai 3235 movement, whose decoration is not as beautiful as Dandong 3235 movement of VS, the power reserve of Shanghai 3235 movement is about 45 hours, which is shorter than 72 hours on Dandong 3235 movement. Second, Clean decided to use the Dandong 3135 movement in their Submariner. From that time, Clean completely beat VS in 40mm Submariner. Third, about in 2022, Clean developed Dandong 3285 movement and continued to improve their GMT-Master replicas. Clean now is the boss in super clone Rolex, and VS can compete with Clean just because they still own the Dandong 3235 movement. Both Gold and APS use tungsten steel in the case, but not all pure tungsten steel, the case is made with tungsten steel alloy material, or it is too hard. The weight of the APS Daytona is 145.2 grams, while Gold is 142.9 grams, this Daytona from Clean is around 109 grams, so each Daytona from Gold and APS is more than 30 grams heavier than the Daytona from Clean or BT. However, there is still a weight difference because genuine watch is around 160 grams. Because of the added tungsten steel, the case of the Daytona from both factories may not be polished as well as the one of Clean Daytona, this is true, you can check the case back and the lugs, because tungsten steel is harder and is not easily polished as smooth as the stainless steel.

The biggest difference absolutely lies in the movement, Gold Factory uses a Dandong 4130 movement in this Daytona, while APS uses Shanghai 4130, I still prefer the Daytona with Dandong 4130 movement, because this movement has been tested to be very reliable for years, while Shanghai 4130 is still new to us, currently it is only installed by the Daytona replicas made by ZF and APS. Well, this may be the reason why this Gold Daytona is much more expensive than the APS Daytona.

The case shape and size on the two watches are very similar, I assume that they came from the same watch part factory. The gray dial is slightly different in color, I can not say which one is better, but both are not as good as the dial of Clean Daytona. On the clasp, the engravings on the APS Daytona is thicker and deeper, both Gold and APS use 904L stainless steel on the clasp. Just look at the first six pictures of the two beauties, you will finally be in love with them. The two watches are made with solid 904L stainless steel, the case of both replicas has the same diameter and thickness, the finish on the case of both is very good, I can not see the difference when holding them on my hands, the case shape also no difference, but the watch from VS factory looks a little larger, that’s strange. But please check carefully at number “20” on the bezel, the bezel tooth on the right watch sticking out, its bezel seems to cover larger space of the case, so I think that’s the reason why it looks a little larger. Any way, I did not see the difference in case shape.

The crown looks different, seeing from the pictures, Clean has a thin crown, while the crown on VS looks fatter. Two watches use the same movement, absolutely the crown tube is the same, however, the crown is clearly different, I like the one on VS more.

The first link that connects the case and bracelet on both watches is different, the curvature of that link is different, and how high it stands above from the links beside, that also looks slightly different.

The tooth on the bezel is also different. The size, shape and depth of the tooth are different, actually the bezel tooth difference is easy to be found by checking the first picture in this article. The bezel on the right watch looks more straightforward. Which factory makes the bezel with correct tooth? I think it is VS, but I want to hear your opinion.

A lot of people in the forums and reddit said that VS factory also uses a Clean bezel on this replica, but I saw the color difference on the bezel between the two watches. The bezel on Clean 116610LV looks greener, maybe not too obvious by checking the pictures below, but that’s the truth.

The bezel pearl color is slightly different, perhaps can not find the difference on these pictures, but the bezel pearl on VS bezel is whiter.

Look at the dial on both watches, the green color is different. VS dial looks like having a deep green color, not as bright as the Clean dial on the left.

What difference can be found from the comparison pictures on the case back?

The bracelet is the same, the spacing between each link has no difference. The notch opened beside the crown is different, Clean looks larger, VS looks deeper.

The pictures below show the difference on the clasp, I can not find obvious difference on the engravings of the clasp, but someone will find the tiny difference between them if checking carefully, by the way, the code on Clean is “5HF”, the code on VS is “7GJ”.

At last, check the movement. First, it is the engraving on the back.

Both factories use Dandong 3135 in the replica 116610LV, please check the pictures below, they are showing the same movement with same decoration on the movement plates. But I see the golden engravings have tiny difference on the font, and on the third picture below, VS movement has a code being engraved between the two screws, it is “027288F5ROLEX”, Clean does not have this.
